Taizé Prayer

Taizé is an ecumenical sung and silent participatory prayer service designed to achieve a contemplative state through music, song, and silence. Originating in Taizé, France, these short chants and simple refrains are repeated over and over again as a form of meditation. In addition to the reflective music, the service also includes scripture, prayer intercessions, and silence.
