Rye Bread with Brie

A ripe brie cheese sits in the center of this wreath of braided, almost black, pumpernickel-rye bread which has been given an extra zip with beer. The bread is shaped and baked around a pan the same diameter as the cheese. When the time comes to serve, place the cheese inside the breaded wreath. Slice thinly and spread lavishly with brie! Each recipe makes one large loaf.

Limit: 10 participants

Programs may be cancelled if fewer then the required number of participants are enrolled, or in case of unavailability of the presenter. Refunds will be made if the program is cancelled, or payment may be applied toward another program
