Mental Health Matters

Mental Health Advocate, bipolar survivor, and former Olympian discusses the importance of taking care of our mental health. At the end of the discussion, participants will have a greater understanding of how important it is to focus on prevention, early identification, and, if needed, treatment when it comes to our mental health. Informative. Discussion oriented. Walk away with three things you didn’t know about mental health.
