Join us in person as we delve into FINDING HOPE – which is a 6 part series beginning June through November.
When we find ourselves encompassed by loss and change, it may be helpful to address the grief we feel prayerfully and compassionately. Keeping this in mind, we at St. Joseph Retreat Center invite you to participate in a group support series called “FINDING HOPE.” During these gatherings, we will reflect on various topics related to grief and loss and how these have changed our lives. Through this process, we hope to move to a greater acceptance of our individual losses while adjusting to a different experience of life without our loved ones. Our goal is to strengthen the belief that despite our losses, we are, indeed, deeply connected, always present for one another, and never alone. We look forward to sharing this time with you!
Facilitator: Sister Helen Skormisley, who is a Certified Grief Counselor, will facilitate our sessions.
Time: Mondays: 1:00 p.m. -2:30 p.m.
Dates: June 19. July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16, November 27
Cost: $10.00 per session (coffee, tea and snacks will be available)
Fees for programs or retreats may be mailed to the address below. Fees for retreats include: lodging, meals, and direction. A $50.00 deposit (non refundable) is requested when registering for any retreat. Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt. St. Joseph Retreat Center reserves the right to cancel a program if necessary. Programs may be cancelled if fewer then the required number of participants are enrolled, or in case of unavailability of the presenter. Refunds will be made if the program is cancelled, or payment may be applied toward another program
